How CAFirmHQ started

Panalinks Infotech has been building technology for businesses and CA firms across India since 2008. We have a deep understanding of the compliance workflows that CA firms deal with every month — and the Excel-based processes they rely on.

In 2026, we asked a simple question to one of our long-standing CA firm clients: "What work do you do that is the most manual and time-consuming?" The answer came back without hesitation: GST reconciliation. That conversation became GSTSettle — the first module of CAFirmHQ, our complete practice management platform for CA firms.

We did not build a generic tool and then look for users. We started by understanding exactly how a real CA firm does reconciliation — their 9-sheet Excel workbook, their 2B Remarks column, their pending ITC register — and built a platform that respects those workflows rather than replacing them.

CAFirmHQ is designed to sit in between the CA firm and their clients: automating the parts that are purely mechanical (matching invoice numbers, identifying mismatches, tracking pending ITC) and leaving the professional judgment where it belongs — with the CA.

Our approach to data privacy

GST data is sensitive. It reveals supplier relationships, purchase volumes, and transaction-level financial details. We take this seriously.

Every CA firm's data is fully isolated from all others. Uploaded Excel files are processed in memory and deleted immediately — only structured results are stored. We do not use your client data for advertising or analytics. We do not share it with any third party except what is required to operate the service (payment processing via Razorpay, email delivery via Resend.com).

When AI features are used, inputs are anonymised — raw GSTINs, invoice numbers, and amounts are not sent to external AI services.
